This project is a 20 lot subdivision, connecting two existing street stub-outs. We went through a couple of different scenarios with the grading to either bring the drainage forward along each lot line, or to terrace some of the lots, and drain them along the back lot lines. Eventually we went with the first scenario, to better prevent potential flooding problems with the neighboring subdivision. The developer is also the builder, and the homes look amazing.
