A redevelopment of an existing convenience store location. We removed the existing building and designed a convenience store/drive through fast food restaurant. We also planned for a future office building with several design iterations that eventually required most of the pavement for the future development to be built in the first phase. Several of the challenges of this project were drainage related. We had to realign a storm sewer line that ran through the middle of the property, essentially relaying the entire line from the right of way to the outfall location.
